We meet, and aim to improve on, all minimum staffing requirements. For 2½ year olds we provide a staff/child ratio of 1:4. For 3-5 year olds the minimum requirement is 1 adult to 8 children and we aim to provide a better ratio.
All staff must successfully pass through Police and Health checks and sign a statement of suitability and a non-discrimination declaration, as required by Ofsted.
