To place your child on our waiting list there is a Registration Fee of £5.00.

Funding
From September, 2010, the Nursery Education Grant funding that your child will receive, the term after their 3rd birthday, covers the cost of fees for up to 15 hours per week, 38 weeks of the year.
The Supervisors will inform you when funding is available for your child, and you will be given a Parent Declaration Form to complete.
Session fees:
Non-funded children (2 1/2 year olds): £7.50 per session
Funded children (3 year olds up to 15 hours per week): Free
Should your child attend more than one setting and exceed their 15 hour entitlement, you will be charged £10 for each extra session they attend.
Fees
Fees are invoiced every term and are payable each term in advance. Payment is requested within two weeks of issue of the invoice, as the fees are important to cover our running costs.
If you are unable to meet the cost of our fees please speak to the Supervisors, in confidence, as there may be sources of help available. We do not offer refunds for non-attendance, but in special circumstances such as a stay in hospital, fees may be refunded. If you have any problems or queries about our fees, please speak to one of the Supervisors.
Should your child leave Pre-school, we require a full half term’s notice in writing. If your child leaves midway during a term then a full term’s fees are payable.

Autumn Terms 1 and 2
Term 1 begins: Thursday 2nd September
Term 1 ends: Friday 22nd October
Term break: Monday 25th October to Tuesday 2nd November
Term 2 begins: Wednesday 3rd November
Term 2 ends: Friday 16th December
